Jesse, 16, is a huge baseball fan. His favorite team, the New York Yankees, are not a team that he is concerned enough to write a stressful blog about. The Pittsburgh Pirates, however, are a different story... Shawn Chacon, Jesse's favorite player, was traded from the Yankees to the Pirates back in July of 2006. Unhappy with the trade at first, Jesse continued to follow Chacon's '06 campaign.

While following the right-handed starter, Jesse grew on the Pirates. They lost and played overall awful baseball, but that intrigued him in a strange kind of way. In his third year of following the Buccos, he hopes that he'll be spoiled into seeing a winning ball club that can finally put an end to these 15 long years of losing.

He lives in Los Angeles and hopes to aspire into a MLB front office position.
